The hotel, which has a total gross floor area of 30,000 m2, consists of a basement containing kitchen and service rooms, four storeys with public rooms, seventeen storeys with guestrooms and a top storey with plant rooms.

A library in Växjö Sweden. The library is a three storey building with a diameter of 38m.
The construction work started in 2001 and was finished in 2002.

Thermal Power plant, Iran
Steel cooling towers of 120 meters height. The primary structure is consisted of welded latticework members, composing a conical/cylindrical shaped frame (3D Frame), which is stiffened by horizontal rings.
The secondary structure is consisted of trusses, sheeting rails and cladding. The trusses are for the bottom skirt; sheeting rails, resting on the diagonal members as well as on the trusses, receiving the load from the aluminium cladding.

Contractor chose to design the floor slabs using FEM-Design Plate because of the great flexibility offered in placing future openings in the slab.

Offices, Laboratory for Biotechnology and Shopping Centre. The total gross floor area is 9000 m2. The staircases of post-tensioned concrete are used for stabilizing the building. The construction work started in April 2002 and will be finished in December 2003.
